• We hope you are delighted with your AGIRA JEWELS order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Return approval must be requested within 15 days, and once approved, you will have a further 7 days to return the unsuitable item.

• Please note, returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs and the responsibility for safely returning the item are borne by the customer.

• Refunds will be processed once AGIRA JEWELS receives and inspects the returned item.

• Customised or personalised orders, including engraving and any other customisation, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Fantastic news! Agira Jewels does Free Shipping throughout the globe. What you should know is as follows:
Order Processing: After you place your order, Agira Jewels will process the made to order products within 10 to 14 days.
Ready to ship orders will be dispatched on the next business day of order placement.
Delivery Time: All the items are sent via UPS Express, DHL etc and tracking number is uploaded as soon as the item gets dispatched. Shipping time may vary due to weather conditions, bank holidays, weekends, factors not under control (wars, conflicts, disasters etc.) Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch on an average.
Free Shipping: Shipping expenses are not a concern for you! For all orders placed within India, outside the borders of India $40 will be additionally charged for express shipping below order value $399. Normal Shipping if free for all orders around the globe.
