• Return approval must be requested within 15 days, and once approved, you will have a further 7 days to return the unsuitable item.

• Please note, returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

• Return shipping costs and the responsibility for safely returning the item are borne by the customer.

• Refunds will be processed once AGIRA JEWELS receives and inspects the returned item.
